Yoshiko Shinohara

Yoshiko Shinohara started her company in 1973 in a tiny rented apartment.
Fortune magazine featured her as the World's 39th Most Powerful Woman in
Business in 2003. She was selected as Harvard Business School's Business
States Woman of the Year in 2001 and the National Foundation for Women Business
Owners selected her as one of the LEADING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS OF THE WORLD in 1997.
As part of her ongoing efforts for the staffing industry, Yoshiko is the Chairperson of the Japan Staffing Business Association.
