Our non-bilingual placements are more numerous than our Japanese-bilingual
placements. Many Japanese companies are looking for local experts
who can communicate in English fluently to succeed in the US market.
These companies place an emphasis on core business skills and
corporate cultural fit. When companies are looking for Japanese
bilingual candidates, the level of the fluency varies depending
upon each position.
Do you headhunt from your clients?
Never. It is our corporate policy not to headhunt from our clients.
Do your Consultants persuade candidates to leave their current
employers?
No.
When we talk to candidates, our purpose is to determine whether
a candidate is positioned for a change. We do not pursue candidates
who are not interested in making a change. Even when candidates
express an interest to make a move, we evaluate the legitimacy
of their reasons.
